Superb piece! The problem, as I see it, is that core of the Democratic party is a collection of civil rights activists. They see the righteousness of their cause as irrefutable. So they are willing to lose voters/elections over nature issues like drag queen hour, pronouns, etc. This the brand they would develop is far different than what I would select. That's why there is no brand and it may be impossible to get one.
Thanks Sharon- I agree the causes we fight for are extremely important but that is not what you "sell" Look how MAGA has used the civil rights of the transgender community as a "woke" issue. Change happens button up - county parties need to focus on "branding" and then filter it up to the Congressional districts and then the state! We can do this!

You are right ... But getting everyone in the same page is a Herculean task.
